Yep. $5.00 Five bucks for the first question per customer that we select to place on our Frequently Asked Questions list. It’s totally worth it for us to have a comprehensive FAQ to help support our passengers. It motivates everyone to search through the FAQ for possible gaps, and the more FAQ entries we have the more it helps potential customers find out what they want to know.
So, here’s the deal:
- You can only submit one per purchase.
- WebWidjets remains the final authority of what goes to the FAQ.
- We may cancel the program at any time without notice.
- Recurring charges, such as Offline Marketing agreements do not receive recurring discounts–just the first billing cycle.
- If you somehow get more than one discount, we will only accept one: they cannot be stacked.
In other words, we want to be a remarkable company and we think doing this is really cool. But…we reserve the right to inject rationality back into the situation at any time should things roll off the chocks of reality.
Delivery and Expectations
WebWidjets prides itself on speedy delivery of custom websites. Please do not purchase any WebWidjets deliverable without first speaking with one of our talented Flight Crew. If we have not talked with you and do not feel able to effectively produce a great site that will satisfy your every expectation, we are likely to simply refund your payment with a 5% fee to cover the credit card transactions. In the event of a water landing, this is our clearly marked exits at the front and rear of the cabin.
In other words, we’d love to talk with you! It’s the best way to get aboard the flight you want and arrive safely at your destination. We have an short Pre-Flight Checklist that helps us all get this baby in the air.
Return and Cancellation
WebWidjets counts on close and long-lasting relationships with our customers, therefore we generally only ask for half of the fee to begin and half upon completion. Should and issue arise prompting the customer to be dissatisfied without any possibility of remedy, the first half of the fee will be returned minus 25%.
After completion of services, no returns are offered.
WebWidjets is unlikely to ever ship out anything physical to our customers, besides Christmas cards maybe. And those will be sent via Air Mail. However, the Head Web Pilot wanted us to let you know that you may be liable for freight charges if necessary. Don’t panic. If it ever happens, we’ll ask if you really want it that badly.
